Within the EU taxes are included in the price. For orders outside of the EU tax and customs may apply. Please contact your local customs office as custom policies and import duties vary widely from county to country. 

Shipping

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Orders are usually shipped on the next business day. Once your order is ready for shipment you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. We ship with DHL Parcel Connect and DHL express. 

  • Netherlands, Germany & Belgium (1 - 3 business days): Free shipping
  • Europe (within the EU) 2 - 4 business days: Free shipping
  • Europe (outside of EU) 1 - 3  business days: 15 EUR & free over 200 euro
  • Worldwide (DHL Express) 1 - 3  business days: 25 euro & free over 200 euro

Please note: 

- Taxes and duties may apply to your order, these charges are the responsibility of our international customers. For more information, please contact your local customs office as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

- The shipping costs are non-refundable for returns. 

- Delivery times are estimations and should be used as a guide. 

- Free shipping thresholds are automatically calculated at check-out


Returns / exchanges

Not a perfect match? You have 14 days to return or exchange your order. Just fill in your order number and postcode at the following link and follow the steps. Don’t forget to place an “#” in front of your order number.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned to us in an unworn condition, however you may remove packaging to try on the piece. 
  • We will always try to handle your return as quickly as possible and you will receive an email when your return has been processed and when you purchase has been refunded. 
  • Returns costs are on us.

Pre-ordering

When you place a pre-order, we will send you a confirmation email. Once your order is ready and has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Discount codes

In order to redeem a discount code, please fill in the code at check-out. 

COVID 19

Our service is currently running as normal. However, shipping might take longer due to local delays. Please check your tracking email for updates to your shipment and your local delivery service.

E-Gift card terms

Archivist Studio e-Gift Cards can be purchased online only on our website. You can decide on the value of the e-Gift Card upon purchase. You will receive the e-Gift card on the provided email address. 

Redeem the e-Gift card code at check-out. 

The gift card will expire three years from the date of purchase.
